As a coach, she loves working with clients at any stage of change but specifically those wanting to explore why they just don't feel as good as they used to. Her passion lies in helping switch to safer home and personal care products—because what you use daily can have a huge impact on your hormone and brain health. Together with you, she will identify small but powerful changes that create big improvements in your well-being.
